Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Ad9Labs offers a 30-day free trial with 50 avatar generations and 1 video generation. No credit card is required to start your free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account dashboard
• Going to Account Settings > Subscription
• Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
• Or contacting our support team at hello@ad9labs.com

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Within 7 Days: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription
• Service Issues: Refund if we fail to deliver the service as described
• Technical Problems: Refund if you experience unresolved technical issues preventing service use
• Billing Errors: Refund for any billing mistakes or unauthorized charges

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Used credits or generations consumed during the subscription period
• Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from the first payment
• One-time purchases of credits or add-ons (unless service failure)
• Refunds requested due to change of mind after using the service

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email and transaction ID
3. Provide reason for refund request
4. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

• Unused portion of the subscription period
• Proportional refund for unused credits
• Service quality issues affecting partial functionality

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute a charge, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be notified via email before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.

8. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
