1. Free Trial Period

Ad9Labs offers a 30-day free trial with 50 avatar generations and 1 video generation. No credit card is required to start your free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account dashboard at app.ad9labs.com
  • Navigating to the Billing section
  • Clicking on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Following the cancellation prompts

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • You will not receive a refund for the current billing period

2.3 Immediate Cancellation

If you wish to cancel immediately and stop all charges, you can do so through your account dashboard. However, you will lose access to premium features immediately upon cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Terms

Ad9Labs operates on a subscription-based model. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: After the initial 30 days, refunds are not typically provided, but we may consider partial refunds for exceptional circumstances.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: Refunds, when approved, will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of your subscription period.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

3.3 Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Your account access will be revoked upon refund completion

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage of services during the billing period (avatar generations, video generations, etc.)
  • One-time purchases or add-ons that have been used
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be notified via email before each renewal. To prevent automatic renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new pricing.
